{Design Statement}  A city club, L’Amour was created for business professionals located in La Defense, France. The facility is designed to provide a place for people to meet within the close proximity of the "City of Love", Paris. The city club includes thermal considerations and acoustical properties. The design scope is as follows: a reception, the president’s dining room, a lounge and bar, a restaurant waiting area, a nook, and the member’s spaces that have a suite, apartment, private lounge, and additional storage. Ultimately, the design goal of this project is meant for the end-clientele to provide a sense of luxury, intimacy, and comfort.
