{Design Statement} A condo lobby, the Golden Pearl, was created for the community of Las Vegas, Nevada. The condo lobby is designed to provide access to all that use it, at their convenience. The lobby includes different elements that combine modernism and the Art Deco Style. The design scope is as follows: an atrium, the lounge and bar, a gym, restrooms, employee restrooms, a mail center, the mechanical, electrical, and janitor closets, an employee breakroom, the manager and assistant manager offices, employee storage, a business center, a conference room, and a business center. Ultimately, the design goal of this project is meant for the end-clientele to be able to work, relax, and socialize within the amenities provided.
